I will not divert sales from Etsy to Pay Pal. It is against the terms of use ( Fee avoidance), so I cannot send you an invoice from paypal and take the sale off Etsy's site.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: VAT is NOT included in my prices and is collected from the buyer at time of delivery.

Fairy Doors are NOT intended as a toy. Small parts can be a chocking hazard. NOTE : If this is for a little ones room you can place it up high on a wall or above a door. Although polymer clay is strong the little bits can be broken off if handled roughly.
Polymer clay is waterproof and the colors are permanent so these look great out in the garden too. UV rays can fade polymer clay colors over time so if placing outdoors a nice shady spot is best.

Jewelry and General Care*** Polymer clay is quite durable and strong but can be broken if handled roughly. Hairsprays and perfumes can damage clay and metals so please take care as you would with any other fine jewelry,crystals or beads.

I would be happy to add a personalized note for you free of charge. Just let me know in the "notes to seller" what you would like it to say.

I do not wholesale. These are each made one at a time by me and I cannot accommodate wholesale orders. NOT for resale. If I find items being resold on other online platforms I will cancel any future orders from the infringing buyers.

I will combine orders when possible and ship in same package to conserve paper and waste.
Everything I have listed in my shop is ready to ship. I usually ship the next day of an order being received.

Please double check your shipping address before checking out as I ship to your address as it appears on your Etsy invoice. I am not responsible for items sent to a wrong address provided by the buyer.

I do not offer made to order items. Most of my items are one of a kind so if it is in my already sold items then it is no longer available. Everything listed is the exact item you will receive unless otherwise stated in the description.

MISSING PACKAGES:After exhausting other options as checking with neighbors etc... the issue may be related to stolen mail. I will then initiate a “stolen mail” report with USPS. You will need to complete a USPS affidavit affirming the status of the package as “stolen” (and you may be contacted by a USPS Postal Inspector). In addition, you may also be asked to complete an insurance affidavit. You may also want to file a “stolen mail” report with your local police so that there is a record of mail theft in your area.

Once 30 days have passed (since the “delivered” date) and the package still has not turned up, and you have completed the USPS “stolen mail” affidavit, I’ll be glad to refund/replace your order.

I take care to package my items in a secure padded box and bubble mailer. I must be notified upon receipt/tracking info of delivery of a broken item. I will consider an unusual amount of broken items to one buyer as a cancellation of further transactions.
